Afternoon Tea at The Dorchester

Nothing says Happy 21st birthday than Afternoon Tea at The Dorchester in London, England. While I was abroad in London, my family came over to visit and we spent the afternoon relaxing and chatting over champagne, finger sandwiches, delectable desserts, all while politely sipping tea (mine of course being Earl Grey).

My beautiful sister, and no we’re not twins.

Tea isn’t just a drink, it’s a lifestyle for me. Whether it’s enjoying a cuppa while reading on Sunday mornings, running out the door with a to-go mug ready, or feeling posh for a day, a cup of tea never fails to be a magical cure for most areas of my life (although champagne is a close second).

While the debate can be a heated one (ha!), here are some tips on how to brew a “proper cuppa” tea.
